I absolutely love the Day of Wrk initiative which centres disadvantaged young people, offering careers guidance through real world stories. Young people have to make such critical career decisions way sooner than they develop any real understanding of what those careers actually entail. It's often difficult to gain the awareness needed to select the right role and industry for yourself before a certain age as there is little to no exposure for many disadvantaged youths.
